Its small, subtle and easy to miss when you're driving by. But when you get inside you'll find its busy with locals who know its a great place to eat at. That's all there really is to say - simple, good, and affordable. ”

“ Needed a place for a lunch meeting. A local recommended the Penn restaurant. I tried to find reviews and came up blank. Had to give it a try. They do not have outdoor dining however they do space you out inside . It may actually be classified as a diner/dive if your a DD&D fan. Walk in and you notice the locals sitting at the counter. Everyone knows everyone else. Nothing fancy, a little dated. If I lived in this area I would be a regular. I needed to take more pictures. I will when I return as I plan to make this my new meeting place in Orland pa. Simple menu plus a specials board. Had to try the split pea soup. It was homemade and good. The tuna wrap was suggested to me do I went for it. It was good. Can't wait to return to try the 3 alarm chili. ”
